Journal of agroindustrial and sustainable Food systems (ISSN 2955-8352) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal that provides an advanced forum for studies related to all aspects of food systems and agro-industrial research. We aim to publish articles of exceptional quality, rigor and depth. We will publish comprehensive reviews, research articles and short communications on novel findings. We encourage scientists and professionals in the food field to publish their experimental and theoretical results. The minimum article length is eight pages, but full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. There are, in addition, unique features of this journal:
● We suggest manuscript queries for research proposals and ideas;
● Electronic files or computer programs relating full details of the calculation and
experimental procedure, if they cannot be published in the normal way, can be
deposited as supplementary material.
● We also welcome manuscripts communicating to a wider audience about
publicly funded research projects.
