Abstract

This article provides the leader of an entity with a new methodology of Strategic Management that allows maximizing the generation of value. Its main contributions are two: 1. It addresses the 3 links of Strategic Management (Architecture, Planning and Strategic Management), thus obtaining a Balanced Scorecard with more solid foundations. 2. Incorporates in the third link a modern version of the Balanced Scorecard by including four additional assumptions to the original model.
