Abstract

During the first days of December of this year, the Twentieth Conference of the Parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP20 / CMP10 will be held in Lima. Climate change is a problem that affects all economic activities; it affects both rich and developing countries, the latter being much more vulnerable, especially for being poorly prepared for disasters. The COP 20 is a challenge for Peru. Are we prepared to face the responsibility for climate change? What does it mean to hold us accountable for this environmental problem?
