The Journal of Agroindustrial and Sustainable Food Systems is a scientific journal of the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL). Based on quality standards, this journal aims to publish manuscripts and research papers related to all aspects of food systems and agroindustrial research.

Double-blind: Reviewers are unaware of the authors' identities, and authors are unaware of the reviewers' identities during the review process.

The journal employs a software program (Turnitin) to detect the level of originality and authenticity of the received manuscripts, which are analyzed before being sent to peer reviewers as part of the initial editorial screening.
